1: The 30 day guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date.
2: Return conditions
To ensure safety & hygiene, we categorise returns into two groups
1: Unopened & original condition
Products must be in their original packaging, sealed & unused to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method
2: Gently used products
We understand that sometimes a formula isnt the right fit, we offer a store credit or exchanges for products that have been opened but have atleast 80% of the original content remaining
3: How to start a return
1: Contact us
email us with your order number and reason for return
2: Pack it up
Ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent leaking or breaking during transit
3: Ship it back
Use the prepaid shipping label provided by us, shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
4: We will work it out!
Your journey is unique, and we are here to support it, if your order isnt what you expected, we will get it sorted
